What “custom” can mean
Custom covers a wide range, and the range matters for cost. From easiest to hardest:
- Your logo on our existing styles — packaging or a small tag; lowest minimum.
- Your colour and finish on our existing styles — plating and stone colour changes.
- Your packaging — pouches, cards, boxes with your branding.
- A new design — sampling, tooling and a considerably higher minimum.
Most first custom orders sit in the first three. A fully new design is a different project and should be priced as one.
What to send us
For a useful quote, send:
- A photo or sketch of the design, from more than one angle
- Approximate size and weight
- Base metal and finish you expect
- Stone type, colour and setting
- Quantity for the first run
- Packaging and logo files (vector if possible)
- Destination country
If you have a reference piece, a photo of it next to a ruler is more useful than a description.
Sampling
For a new design, a sample is made first and sent for approval. Expect the sample to take longer than a stock order; approve the sample before bulk production. For logo and packaging only, the sample step is usually just a photo of the finished pack.
Minimums and lead time
Custom minimums are higher than stock orders and scale with how much is new. A logo on an existing style is a small step; a new mould is a large one. Lead time starts after sample approval, not after the enquiry.

Tell us the styles, quantities and destination country. Mixed orders welcome.

Questions buyers ask
Can you put my logo on the jewellery?
For many styles, yes — as a tag, a charm or packaging branding. Send the logo and the style you have in mind and we will confirm what is possible.
Do you make new designs from scratch?
Yes, with sampling and a higher minimum. Send a sketch or reference photo and we will quote the sample and the production run separately.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on whether a new sample is needed. Stock styles with your packaging are fastest; a new design starts with sampling and approval.
