Mixed orders: how to combine styles, sizes and colours

Most small shops do not want a full run of one design. A mixed order lets you test a range in one shipment — here is how we handle it.

What can be mixed

Within one order you can combine:

  • Different categories — rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, sets
  • Different styles within a category
  • Different sizes for closed rings
  • Gold tone, silver tone and two-tone
  • Clear, green, black and mixed-colour stones

Tell us the quantity per style, not just the total. That is what lets us confirm availability and pack the order correctly.

How to write the list

A clear order list looks like this:

  • Style name or photo — quantity — size/colour
  • e.g. Gold pavé cuff ring — 12 — one size
  • e.g. Rainbow zircon necklace — 6 — gold tone
  • e.g. Silver pavé ring — 12 — sizes 6/7/8 mixed

Photos are better than descriptions when a name is ambiguous. We will confirm the list before production.

Packing and labels

Mixed orders are packed by style so you can put them straight onto the shelf. If you need individual pouches, price tags or barcodes, tell us before the order is packed — repacking later costs more than packing correctly the first time.

Shipping a mixed order

Mixed orders ship as one consignment, which is usually cheaper than several small shipments. We quote the freight on the packed weight and the destination. If some styles are out of stock, we tell you before shipping rather than substituting silently.

Ask for a quote

Tell us the styles, quantities and destination country. Mixed orders welcome.

Questions buyers ask

Can I mix rings, necklaces and earrings in one order?
Yes. The minimum applies to the order as a whole, not to each category.

Can sizes be mixed within a style?
Yes. Give us the size distribution you want and we pack to it.

What if a style is out of stock?
We tell you before shipping and offer an alternative or a reduced quantity; we do not substitute a different style without asking.
